Before you start
I live abroad. How will I know what is happening on site?
You receive regular updates with photos, and every decision or change is confirmed in writing. Calls run in English or Thai, at a time that suits your time zone.
Can you work with a contractor we already know?
Yes. We can coordinate a contractor you appoint, or prepare tender documents and help you compare quotes.
What is BIM coordination?
We combine the architectural, structural and MEP models into one, check them for clashes between disciplines and resolve the issues before construction, when changes are still cheap.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Thai. Client documents such as material, appliance and furniture schedules can also be prepared in German or French.
How are your fees structured?
Fees are agreed per project in a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables per stage, revisions, programme and payment schedule. Work starts after a deposit, and stage payments are tied to delivered drawings.
